Fritz Deufel graduated from Stuttgart University of Applied Sciences in 1965. 

He founded the engineering office in 1968 and expanded it in the following years to 25 employees. 

With the purchase of a new office building in 1994, the office continued as an engineering company.

His competence, decisiveness and personal contact with customers enabled him to gain the confidence of a large number of customers. Years of collaborative work confirmed this. 

Finding solutions to challenging engineering tasks was always been the motivation behind his work. He stepped down from management on 1 January 2015 but, as the majority shareholder, he remained involved in an advisory capacity.

He passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 85. We miss him as a person, as a source of inspiration, and as the heart of our office.

We will always honor his memory.
